1. Acceptable use

Use Soulvyns lawfully, provide accurate information, protect your credentials and treat other users and practitioners respectfully.

2. Prohibited use

• Fraud, impersonation or false identity, age or guardian information.
• Harassment, threats, abuse or unlawful content.
• Unauthorised access, malware, scraping or disruption.
• Misrepresenting professional qualifications or registration.
• Unlawfully sharing another person's private or health information.
• Recording a consultation without any consent required by applicable law and professional obligations.

3. Enforcement

Soulvyns may investigate, restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or comply with law.
