Soulvyns is an online platform that connects clients with independent mental health care professionals. Users must use the platform lawfully, ethically, and in a way that protects safety, privacy, and trust.

2. Acceptable Use

• Book and attend sessions in good faith.
• Provide accurate profile and booking information.
• Respect mental health care professionals and other users.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Prohibited Activity

• Fraud, impersonation, false identity, or false payment details.
• Using stolen cards, accounts, or any unauthorized payment instrument.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, or harmful conduct.
• Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or disrupting platform services.
• Using the platform for emergency/crisis situations where immediate local care is required.

4. KYC and Verification

Soulvyns may request information and documents to verify user identity, practitioner credentials, and compliance requirements. Accounts may be limited or suspended if verification is incomplete or concerns are identified.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, cancellation of bookings, refund restrictions, account termination, and/or reporting to relevant authorities or payment partners where required.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued platform use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
