Effective from the publication date shown above. These Terms govern access to Soulvyns (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/840549/07, of 153–155 Mount View, Blaauwberg, Western Cape, 7441, South Africa.
1. Platform
Soulvyns is a technology platform enabling clients to find, communicate with, book and attend virtual consultations with independent mental-health practitioners. Soulvyns is not a healthcare provider. Practitioners remain responsible for their clinical services and professional obligations.
2. Eligibility
Persons 18 or older may register for themselves. Persons aged 13 to 17 may use the platform only with parent or legal-guardian consent recorded through the applicable registration process. Persons under 13 may not use Soulvyns.
3. Emergencies
Soulvyns is not an emergency or crisis service. Do not rely on the platform where immediate emergency intervention is required.
4. Practitioners
Practitioners are independent professionals. Soulvyns does not supervise clinical treatment or guarantee treatment outcomes. Practitioner registration details supplied to the platform may be self-declared; users should consult the Compliance page for the current verification process.
5. Bookings
Soulvyns provides booking and related technology. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
6. Payments
- Client session payments are processed securely through Paystack.
- Soulvyns does not deduct a commission or service fee from client session payments.
- Session proceeds are settled to the relevant practitioner's linked account through Paystack, subject to Paystack's applicable processing fees and settlement arrangements.
- Practitioners pay Soulvyns separately through the applicable platform subscription.
- The client session price is displayed before booking.
7. Messaging and video
The platform may provide messaging and Microsoft Teams-based consultation functionality. Technology services may experience interruptions. Practitioners remain responsible for their professional confidentiality duties.
8. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Soulvyns software, branding and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Users may not unlawfully scrape, copy, exploit, attack or interfere with the platform. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soulvyns is not responsible for practitioners' independent clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatment or professional negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Practitioner subscriptions
Practitioners pay Soulvyns a separate subscription for access to the platform. Subscriptions are separate from client session proceeds. Applicable pricing is disclosed before purchase.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
