1. Practitioner information

Practitioners provide professional and profile information during onboarding, including details of qualifications and registration where applicable.

2. Verification

Practitioner information may be reviewed before publication, but Soulvyns does not currently represent that every stated registration number is automatically or systematically verified against every professional body's live register. Clients may independently verify credentials with the relevant professional body. For example, the Health Professions Council of South Africa is available at hpcsa.co.za.

3. Payments and subscriptions

• Paystack is used to process payments.
• Soulvyns takes no commission or platform service fee from client session payments.
• Session proceeds are settled to the relevant practitioner's linked account through Paystack, subject to Paystack's applicable processing fees and settlement arrangements.
• Practitioners pay Soulvyns separately through an applicable platform subscription.

5. Regulatory position

Soulvyns provides technology services and does not itself provide clinical treatment. Practitioners remain responsible for their professional and clinical obligations.
