How are sessions conducted?
Online sessions are hosted through Microsoft Teams. Your meeting link will be provided after your booking has been confirmed.
How do I pay for a session?
Payments are processed securely through Paystack during the booking process.
Can I choose my mental health professional?
Yes. You can review professional profiles and select a practitioner based on their qualifications, areas of practice, availability and other information provided on their profile.
Does Soulvyns provide therapy?
No. Soulvyns is a technology and practice-support platform. Professional mental health services are provided independently by the practitioner you choose.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the applicable cancellation policy and the practitioner providing the service. Please review the relevant cancellation and refund policies before booking.

No. Depending on the plan you choose, you can use Soulvyns simply for directory visibility or connect your existing systems for booking and payments.
Is there a free option?
Yes. Soulvyns offers a free directory listing for practitioners who want to increase their online visibility.
How does the full Soulvyns platform work?
Approved practitioners can use Soulvyns for online bookings, payments, Microsoft Teams sessions and other practice-support features.
How are practitioners paid?
For practitioners using the full Soulvyns platform, payments are processed through Paystack and paid out according to the applicable payment and settlement process.
Does Soulvyns provide clients to practitioners?
Soulvyns is designed to increase practitioner visibility and provide tools for online practice management. Client enquiries and bookings depend on demand, practitioner availability and the effectiveness of marketing and directory visibility.
