Client Informed Consent & Platform Agreement

Effective from the publication date shown above.

1. Service

I understand that Soulvyns is a technology platform and is not my healthcare provider. The clinical relationship is between me and the practitioner I choose.

2. Online sessions

I understand that online services have technical and privacy limitations and I should attend from an appropriately private location.

3. Emergencies

I understand that Soulvyns is not an emergency service and I must seek appropriate emergency assistance if immediate help is required.

4. Payments

I understand that session payments are processed through Paystack; Soulvyns does not deduct a commission or platform service fee from my session payment; and practitioners pay Soulvyns separately for their platform subscription.

5. Personal information

I understand that Soulvyns processes personal information needed to provide the platform, and that health-related information may constitute special personal information. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

6. Minors

If I am 13 to 17, the required parent or legal-guardian consent must be provided. Persons under 13 may not use Soulvyns.

7. Acceptance

My electronic acceptance, timestamp and applicable policy version may be recorded by the platform.
