Hi, I’m Sam. I’m a counsellor and therapist in private practice. I graduated from medical school in 2025 before deciding to rather pursue a career in counselling. I felt drawn to finding a more relational and gentle way to help, outside of traditional clinical medicine. I practice ‘person-centred counselling’ which is about offering a warm and compassionate space where we can talk about things together. I serve adults, teens, children, and couples, online, and in-person in Pringle Bay.

I am a dedicated, enthusiastic,empathic and motivated Registered Counsellor, obtained Honours in Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counselling. Passionate about promoting mental health. I have been working in a mental health sector for more than 10 years.

I am a clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents and adults. I have a special interest in consulting with teens and young adults, as well as individuals of all ages who struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, sexual health challenges, personality disorders and relationship challenges.

Biblical counselling is also available for those seeking Scripture-based guidance. Based in George, I offer in-person and online sessions in English and Afrikaans, walking alongside you towards renewed healing and hope.

I am Fezile Sikhosana, an ASCHP-registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor with a background in Counselling Psychology, Educational Psychology, mental health support and psychosocial development. My professional journey has been shaped by extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families and vulnarable communities across educational institutions, private mental health settings and non-govermental organisations.
