I’m Mary Puchert, a registered Counselling Psychologist based in Beacon Bay, East London. I value genuine connection and aim to create a warm, safe space where children, adolescents and adults can come as they are, feel heard and understood, and work through life’s challenges. My approach draws on CBT and Gestalt principles, with a particular interest in emotional well-being, relationships, resilience and personal growth.
