My approach is practical and transformative. I seek results. Implement what I provide and experience positive change. I have developed a lot of my own methodology over the years, and I know what I offer works. I also have a medical background and work online or in person, by appointment during working hours.

In 2025, I completed accreditation with the DBT-LBC Board of Accreditation as a Certified DBT Clinician, which is based in Seattle, Washington. Currently, I am only one of two practitioners in South Africa to hold this prestigious accreditation.

I am a clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents and adults. I have a special interest in consulting with teens and young adults, as well as individuals of all ages who struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, sexual health challenges, personality disorders and relationship challenges.
